Aster sells prepaid virtual cards. Each card is a one-time purchase — there is no membership, subscription, or recurring fee. Aster is a financial technology company, not a bank; card programs run through our licensed partners.
You need an account to buy and manage cards. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us fast if something looks wrong, and give us accurate information — cards issued against false identities are cancelled without refund.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged once. Your card details are delivered to your dashboard and wallet app, usually within seconds. Limits, supported currencies, and features for each card are listed on its shop page and on the Pricing page.
If a card fails to activate, we replace it or refund the purchase price in full — your choice. Once a card has been used for a transaction, the purchase is final.
Use your cards for lawful purchases only. Fraud, money laundering, sanctioned-country activity, and reselling card credentials to third parties are prohibited and end the agreement immediately, with the account closed and remaining balances handled as the law requires.
You can freeze a card or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may freeze a card while we investigate suspected fraud — we'll tell you when we do, and unfreeze it the moment the check clears.
We're responsible for delivering working cards and keeping your account secure on our side. We're not liable for merchants that refuse prepaid cards, losses from credentials you shared, or delays caused by networks outside our control.
If we change these terms, we'll email you 30 days before the new version takes effect. Cards you already own keep the terms they were bought under.
