Account details you give us (name, email, country), purchase records for the cards you buy, and the technical basics every service logs — device type, IP address, and pages visited. Identity-verification data is processed by our licensed partners and is not stored on Aster's servers.
To deliver the cards you purchase, keep your account secure, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and send the account notices you agreed to. If you opted into our newsletter, one email a month — nothing else.
We never sell your personal data, never share it with advertisers, and never read your transaction history for marketing. Card credentials are shown to you once, over an encrypted channel, and stored only in hashed form.
We use a small set of first-party cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your preferences, and privacy-friendly analytics that don't follow you across the web. No third-party ad trackers.
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is open, plus any period the law requires for financial records. Delete your account and we erase everything else within 30 days.
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Profile → Privacy, or by emailing us. Where local law gives you additional rights (GDPR, CCPA and friends), we honor them regardless of where you live.
